Sony on Wednesday unveiled its latest flagship smartphone, the Xperia Z3, comparatively a small Z3 compact and the Xperia Z3 tablet.
In a press conference at IFA 2014 in Berlin, Sony has start the battle against iPhone 6 and the Galaxy Note 4 with its latest gadget. The Xperia Z3 has now more rounded corners compare to Xperia Z2 with features 5.2 inch 1080p display, and a 20.7-megapixel camera that boasts a better wide-angle 25mm lens, with an extra-high ISO of 12,800 light sensitivity.
Sony has brought its DSEE HX audio upscaling technology to Z3 to improve the quality of compressed music, and now there is a digital noise cancelling that cuts out nearly all ambient sound. It also tie-up its very popular PlayStation4 gaming console to Z3, because company has added a new feature called PS4 Remote Play that will let user to use the gadget as "a remote screen to connect to and control your games on PS4."
The Xperia Z3 has a IP 65/68 certification for water and dust resistance. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat and powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 CPU, 3GB RAM and 16GB internal memory. User can add extra internal storage through a microSD card.
The tablet has a 8-inch 1080P Triluminos display, a 4,500mAh battery. A 8.1-megapixel camera on the back and while there's a 2.1-megapixel camera on the front.

The Xperia Z3 and Z3 Compact will be available online in US and from T-Mobile stores this fall
